The outer shell of this raincoat is made from flexible Polyurethane (PU) which is a modern Phthalate-free alternative to PVC. It is also cotton lined including the hood to make it nice and comfy on the inside. The Penny Scallan Apple Raincoat is not padded so it is light and great to wear with heavier clothing or when it's raining but humid.

Outer made from 100% PU, and the Lining from 100% Cotton.
