The Flutterby Butterfly Travel Sleep Bag from Grobag makes your overnight travels so easy with the two-way front zip, back vent and five-point harness for use in a buggy or car seat. It has a soft outer cotton with delightful and colourful butterflies print, pretty pink and white stripes on the background and super-soft cotton jersey lining. The Sleep Bag also has a tog 2.5 rating with polyester padding to wear all year round (for standard temperatures of 16-20⁰C), comes with a free nursery thermometer and a guideline for the amount of clothing for you baby and the correct tog that should be used in different room temperatures.

As the Flutterby Butterfly Travel Sleep Bag is sleeveless, it is great with body suites or long sleeve tops, giving baby and todder free arm movement, but extra body and leg warmth.

Choosing a size:

An ideal time to start using a Grobag baby sleep bag is when your baby weighs more than 4kg (0-6 mths size). It is very important to check that your baby's head cannot pass through the neck-hole when the Grobag is fastened for use. Please remember that these are recommendations only as all babies are different.

What to wear:

What your baby wears will depend on the tog of Grobag baby sleep bag and the temperature of the baby's bedroom. (In the same way as you would adjust nightclothes and number of blankets). As a guide, please refer to the table below. Please remember, though, that babies are all different and, just as with blankets and sheets, you will soon discover what your baby is most comfortable wearing - placing your fingers on your baby's chest is the best indicator of whether they are too hot/too cold/just right as babies' hands often feel cool.
