Payments

GST

All payments are in Australian dollars, and all product prices include 10% GST. The GST included in order totals will also be separately identified during the checkout process and on order invoices.

Credit Card Payments

Motherslove Baby Products uses an integrated payment service hosted by eWay, which accepts VISA and Mastercard payments. This is a secure and easy to use payment method for your convenience. Payments are cleared via Westpac Bank.

Paypal Payments

Motherslove also offers Paypal as a payment method. You can pay directly from a Paypal account or use Paypal for VISA or MASTERCARD credit card payments. Once the order is finalised on the Motherslove checkout page, you will click 'Proceed' to go to the Paypal payment page.

Once you have completed your payment via Paypal, you will click 'continue' to return to the Motherslove checkout page. Please click 'complete payment' at the bottom of the Motherslove payment page to finalise the order.

Bank Transfers

Payment via direct dank transfer is available for purchases made within Australia, with bank details in the order confirmation email sent at the end of the checkout process. Items are not allocated from stock to an order until payment has been received, so it is best to make prompt payment, especially for seasonal items. Orders will be held for up to 7 working days, at the end of this time they will be cancelled if payment has not been received.

Discount Coupons & Gift Certificates

Codes for Coupons and Gift Certificates can be entered in either of 2 places. When you add products to your cart you will be transferred to a page which shows the items in your cart. In the right hand column you will see sections labelled 'Coupon Code' and 'Redeem Gift Certificate', each section has a window where you can enter your code.

You can also enter the code for a Discount Coupon or Gift Certificate on the last step of the checkout process, during the 'Order Confirmation' stage. The entry window is in the bottom right hand corner of the Order Confirmation page.
