Motherslove offers flat rate shipping around Australia, with the following shipping rates for parcels delivered using the Australia Post Standard Parcel service:

We will ship using Registered Post for higher value parcels at our discretion. We also promise 'Next Day Shipping', referring to the next business day, and from the time payment is confirmed as received (1-2 business days for bank transfers).
In the rare case of stock unavailability notice will be given by the next business day at the latest. You will be notified via the email address you have supplied, informing you of the delay in shipment and the estimated shipping date.
Once shipped, the typical transit time for the Australia Post Standard Parcels service is an additional 1-3 business days, but may take longer for non-metropolitan areas.
Express Post is also offered to all Australian locations at Australia Post Express Parcel rates. Use the 'calculate shipping' function found in your shopping cart for the cost applicable to your purchase. Please also check if you are within the next day delivery network from Melbourne. Australia Post Express only guarantees next day delivery for some destinations for parcels shipped from Melbourne, such as Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide, Hobart and some surrounding areas.
International Shipping is offered to select destinations via Australia Post's Express Courier International service. Current destinations include New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States. The Express Courier International service offers quick delivery (3-4 business days to most major metropolitan areas), and is tracked to offer reliable delivery for overseas customers. Use the 'calculate shipping' function found in your shopping cart for the cost applicable to your purchase.

Motherslove Baby Products Offers a 14-day money back guarantee on all purchases
If the products you receive are not what you expected from the online description and photos, you can return them in the original packaging within 14-days. Health products such as teethers, baby bottles, and teats can only be returned if they are unopened & unused, so check products carefully apon receipt. We will refund the full price of your initial order excluding any postage paid in the initial order.
We are also happy to refund partial orders, such as one item out of an order of 4 items.
The cost of postage to return the items is at the customer’s expense. When you return merchandise please ensure it is packed in a sturdy and secure way so as to avoid any damage in transit.
Damaged or Defective Goods
We will replace or refund items received in a damaged or defective state at no charge. Please return products to us within the 14-day guarantee period. Products that become defective during use and are covered by warranty should be returned to the manufacturer or importer. Use the 'Contact Us' link above if you need any further information.
For items received in a damaged or defective state, we will reimburse the cost to return the parcel via Australia Post regular parcel service unless otherwise agreed prior to sending the item. Please provide us with a copy of the receipt to receive reimbursement.
Incorrect Items Supplied
If Motherslove Baby Products deliveries an incorrect item/s, we will exchange them for the correct items, or provide a refund at the customer’s request.
The items must be returned to Motherslove Baby Products unopened and in the original packaging. When you return merchandise please ensure it is packed in a sturdy and secure way so as to avoid any damage in transit.
We will reimburse the cost to return the parcel via Australia Post regular parcel service unless otherwise agreed prior to sending the item. Please provide us with a copy of the receipt to receive reimbursement.
Returns Process
If you need to return an item, simply login into your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Then just select the most appropriate categories to outline the return details, and enter a clear description of the reason for the return request.
We'll then notify you via e-mail if your request is accepted and details of how to return your purchase. We'll provide your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Refunds are usually processed within 2 business days, and we'll inform you if there are any unexpected delays.
